2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only under the following condition:
If a user purchases a full subscription, they are eligible for a refund only if the refund request is made within 24 hours of successful payment.
Important: Refund requests submitted after 24 hours of successful payment are not eligible for refund approval.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Refund request made after 24 hours from purchase
- Partial course usage or completion
- Individual course purchases (unless explicitly mentioned)
- Failure to attend live sessions or access content
- Technical issues caused by user's device, internet, or third-party services
- Change of mind or lack of interest after purchase
- Violation of Terms & Conditions or misuse of the platform
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Email us at info@humseseekho.com
- Use your registered email address
- Mention your Registered Name, Email ID, and Transaction ID / Payment Reference
- Provide the reason for the refund request
Incomplete or unclear requests may be delayed or rejected.
5. Refund Approval & Processing
All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Humse Seekho.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Depending on the payment gateway and bank, the final credit may take approximately 7-10 working days.
Humse Seekho is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
6. Right to Deny Refund
Humse Seekho reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Fraudulent activity
- Misuse of content or platform
- Violation of Terms & Conditions
- Multiple refund requests from the same user
7. Changes to Refund Policy
Humse Seekho reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the platform.
8. Governing Law
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
